JOB TITLE: OB/GYN / Family Medicine Physician - Willows, CA
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in direct delivery of obstetrical care
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a and OB/GYN or a Family Medicine Physician to fill an opening with a Community clinic located in Willows, California
Requirements of the OB/GYN or Family Medicine Physician:
- Maintain California Physician license; Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with high-risk OB qualification is preferred. Out-of-state license is accepted, but must be able to obtain California license within one year.
- Maintain current DEA registration.
- Responsible for obtaining necessary continuing medical education credits; a significant portion of which should be specifically relevant to Indian Health issues.
- Two (2) years clinical experience in direct delivery of obstetrical care.
- Has demonstrated the ability to work with diverse populations (experience working with Native Americans is highly desirable)
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Leadership skills in supervising, coaching, counseling and managing performance of support staff.
- Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling high stress situations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills with acute attention to detail to write and review various reports;
- Reliable Transportation and ability to adhere to regular attendance

- The salary range for this position is $140 - $155 / hr
- Sign-on Bonus of $100,000 based on eligibility (with lower bonuses for those who don’t fully match the criteria).

Schedule of the OB/GYN or Family Medicine Physician:
- The is a Full-time position
- Monday - Friday
- No after hours
Responsibilities of the OB/GYN or Family Medicine Physician:
- Work in a community clinic managed by a tribal organization providing services for Native Americans and all populations
- The OB/GYN department works with under-served communities and people at high risk.
- The OB/GYN will not do deliveries.
- Provide direct medical services to program patients of all ages.
- Provide consultation for mid-level medical providers as needed.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining professional relationship with ancillary medical, laboratory and pharmaceutical services within the community.
- Evaluate patients with complex problems and refer to appropriate specialists if problem cannot be treated in-house.
- Work in conjunction with other Medical Clinic personnel in providing ongoing health education and information on preventative medicine.
- Maintains the standards of patient care and implements the policies and procedures of the Medical Department.
- Responsible for communicating problems identified involving personnel, medical staff, patients, families and the general public to the Clinic Manager
