Opportunity:

Physician - Hematology/Oncology

Job Details:

• Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology clinic providing follow-up and new patient visits, writing orders and prescriptions, and communicating with pharmacy
  
• Focus on benign hematology with a general oncology role; 60-65% hematology with mild fluctuations from month to month
  
• Bread and butter Hematology/Oncology caseload
  
• Minimum of 15 hematology patients per day
  
• Support staff includes nurses, navigator, admin support, pharmacy, 1-2 physicians, APPs, and an infusion specialist
  
• EMR: EPIC
  
• Board certification in Hematology and/or Oncology required; double boarded preferred; if seeing oncology patients, must be board certified in Oncology
  
• Active North Carolina state license required
  
• DEA required
  
• BLS certification required
  
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
  
• Travel, rental car, and lodging provided
