Physician - Hematology/Oncology
Job Details:
Full-time position, 4 days per week consideredSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Weeknight and weekend call coverage required at a 1:2 rotation
Community-based general oncology and hematology practice setting located within the hospital
Hospital inpatient consults required as needed
Adult patient population only (18+)
Starting patient volume of 10 patients per day, expected to grow
Hematology and Oncology case mix: 40% Hematology / 60% Oncology
Support staff includes 2 front office staff, 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 Navigator, and additional support personnel
EMR: EPIC
131-bed hospital
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Oncology required
Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
