- Patients per Shift: Approximately 15 outpatient
- Department/Bed Information: Outpatient office with office call only
- Requirements: Board Certified, Fellowship, GA license, BLS
- Credentialing Time: Approximately 60–90 days
- APP Supervision: Required
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Phone Consults: Maximum of approximately 2 outside the office
- Call Back %: 5%
- Patients: Approximately 15 outpatient; fewer than 2 inpatient
