We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician in York, PA.

Specialty: Physician - Gynecologic Oncology
Location: Pennsylvania
Shift:

• Standard Day Shift: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• M–F Clinic: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with 30-minute lunch
• OR: 7/8 AM–4/5 PM, 8-hour day
• After-hours call only for weekdays; APPs take first call
• 24-hour call on weekends
• Scheduled + On-Call required
• Schedule can be flexible around Friday evening–Friday morning coverage, with 7-day blocks

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adults, age 18+
Setting:

• Academic/Training hospital
• Hospital-based practice
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Clinic/Medical Group Practice
• Academic hospital with residents assigned to the service on rotation

Responsibilities:

• Gynecologic Oncology clinic coverage
• OR coverage as needed
• After-hours call coverage
• Weekend 24-hour call coverage
• Clinic patient volume approximately 15–20 patients per day
• OR volume as needed

Required Procedures:

• Gynecologic Oncology surgical/OR coverage as applicable

EMR System: EPIC

Support Staff:

• 2 Medical Assistants
• 3 APPs
• 1 Physician/Surgeon
• Residents assigned to service on rotation

Days Per Month: Approximately 1 week of coverage per month, with some exceptions
On-Call/Weekends:

• On-call required
• 24-hour weekend call
• APPs take first call after hours
• 2-hour gratis for 24-hour call

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ in hand
• DEA required
• CV
• NPDB self-query within 6 months
• Clean file required for temporary privileges
