Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to provide outpatient locum coverage at a facility in Kentucky. Full Time Locum Contract for One year with an opportunity to extend! Palm Health covers your Malpractice, Housing, Travel, Rental Car or Mileage and MUCH MORE!
Locum Tenens Hematology/Oncology Kentucky (Outpatient)

Schedule:Â 45 days/week (MondayFriday)
Hours:Â 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Duration:Â Ongoing / Long-term
Practice Details
- Outpatient only
- Very busy practice; expect 1820 patients/day once established
- Volume builds quickly
- Monthly new consults:
- ~35 Hematology
- ~10 Oncology
- Large benign hematology population
- Hem/Onc split:Â 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
- No inpatient rounding
- No APP support
- Infusion supervision required
Case Mix
- Solid tumors and malignant hematology
- Typical diagnoses:
- Lung, colon, breast cancers
- Lymphoma, NHL, CML
- Anemias
- No AML
- No stem cell transplant services onsite
