### Position Offers:
* Guaranteed base salary of $500,000 with additional earning potential through productivity.
* Posted salary reflects starting total compensation and excludes productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other applicable cash compensation.

* Salary range provided in accordance with State law and subject to variation based on applicable factors.
