Qualifications:

  • Active and Unrestricted Florida License (or ability to obtain a Florida License)
  • Completion of an ACGME Accredited Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship
  • Completion of an ACGME Accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency
  • MD/DO
