The UCHealth Medical Group in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for a Perm Gynecology/Oncology Physician to joint their team!

Job Description:
  • Join a well-established, high-volume practice with a seasoned staff and partner at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs (downtown).
  • Enjoy a steady growth of new patients with a large and loyal referral base from our 11 primary care clinics and 4 OB/GYN clinics located throughout Colorado Springs.
  • Receive support from a GynOnc dedicated Nurse Navigator, GYN-specialized Radiation Oncologist, and GYN-specialized Pathologists.
  • Practice within the physician-led medical group with over 650 physicians and over 500 APPs. This group has 1 APP (NP), nurses, Mas Contract Physician assisting right now.
  • Receive midlevel provider support in addition to full-spectrum ancillary support such as pelvic physical therapy, cancer nutrition, and counseling.
  • Take part in research trials as well as the opportunity to offer them to patients.

  • Practice and operate at our Level I trauma center UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central with access to the da Vinci XI surgical system, clinical trials, and onsite infusion center.
  • Memorial Hospital Central has 368 beds.
  • Number of patients seen per day: 15-22, time at the discretion of the provider (new patient vs. follow-up)
  • Age groups treated: adult only
  • Primarily seeing outpatient
  • Call is shared 1:2. Do not get called in often as Hospitalists admit patients (only called for specific consults). Weekends only while on call.
  • Access to University of Colorado School of Medicine Tumor Board, clinical trials, research, etc. Teaching medical students is an option, but not required.
  • GynOnc and RadOnc both on site
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Credentialing timeline: approximately 90 days
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The pay range for this full-time position is $427,000-$474,000/annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in OB/GYN and Gynecological Oncology
  • Active CO license (or willing to obtain)
  • Fellowship-trained in Gynecological Oncology
