VHS is looking for a Locum, Locum to Perm or Perm Pediatric Geneticist in Dayton, OH!
- Practice setting: Mostly outpatient clinic, occasional inpatient and ER consults, as well as outside provider calls
- Dates of coverage: Now until a new Geneticist is hired
- Schedule: Weekday 8-5 pm including occasional inpatient consults
- Call Schedule: calls (other than inpatient consults from 8-5pm) 24/7 but calls come rarely and provider does not need to come in to the hospital
- Call Ratio: depending on the week, roughly 1-2 calls a weeks
- Average number of patients a day: around 6 outpatient visits (plus occasional inpatient consults with assistance from genetic counselor)
- Inhouse genetics lab
- Documentation System: EPIC
- Scope of practice: Peds and Neonates
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified in Genetics - REQUIRED
- Board Eligible - will consider for permanent position
- Genetics Fellowship/Residency - REQUIRED
- Active OH License
- Covid vaccination - REQUIRED at time of name clear
- Flu vaccination - REQUIRED at time of name clear
