About 95 miles East of Minneapolis, MN
• Locums Coverage Needed ASAP through 2018
• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7a-5p
• 5-8 Patients in Clinic per day
• 4-6 procedures per day
• Advanced Procedures: ERCP, ERCP with Cholangioscopy (SpyGlass), EUS with FNA,
EUS guided celiac plexus block/ neurolysis, EUS guided cyst drainage/enterostomy/necrosectomy, EUS guided Botox injection, Metal enteral stent placement (Esophageal, duodenal, colonic, cystenterostomy), Complex colonoscopy, Complex polypectomy, Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), Single balloon enteroscopy
• General Procedures: Colonoscopy with polypectomy, Upper Endoscopy, Endoscopic botox injection, Flexible sigmoidoscopy, Endoscopic stricture dilation (Esophageal, duodenal, colonic), Endoscopic foreign body removal
• Consult on inpatient ERCP and EUS needs during day shift
• No Call required
• ACLS preferred
• EMR is Cerner
• Must be BC in Internal Medicine, BC Gastroenterology
• Advanced Gastroenterology Fellowship
• Must be Licensed in WI or willing to license
