VISTA is assisting a great client in the northeast part of the state with 1 week coverage every other month with call most days/nights starting June 2021-2022. Client prefers to utilize one provider for this need.
Location: NE Utah
Duration:
Board requirement: Board certified
Schedule: One week every other month
Shifts: Days plus call
Shift Responsibility: Mixed clinic, hospital and call
Procedures: TBD
Census: 1-5
Back-up: Yes , 3 Physicians and 2 NP's
EMR: Cerner
Trauma designation: 3
License requirement: MUST HAVE UT license. May consider candidate in process of obtaining license.
Privileges: 30 days
