Idyllic Mayberry like city awaits BC/BE Gasstroenterologist physician. This is a Hospital Employed opportunity. There are Currently TWO GIs on staff.
Office hours are 8:AM to 5 PM. Monday to Friday. Physicians see an average of 16 patients per day , per provider in the office
. On call rotation will be 1 in 3.

Typical in-office procedures performed

Diagnosis and Treatment of Ulcers

Esophageal Reflux Treatment

In Day Surgery /Operating Room Procedures : Upper Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Capsule Endoscopy , Esophageal dilation and Liver Biopsy

Operating room procedures are done 2-3 days a week

Surgical Center was built in 2009 with four Operating Rooms and one Cystoscopy room

There is a Sub-Sterile area for each operating room

The hospital is a not for profit facility with 133 beds, your primary servicing area has a population of 80,000. The city itself has a population of 10,000 and is 23 minutes from Winston Salem NC, the home of Wake Forest University and Medical School.. Hospitalists 24/7
