- Daily Shift Standard (8hr or 12hr) - 8hr
- Expected duration of assignment - 6 months

- Schedule /Shift hours 8a-5p, M-F

- Setting: Outpatient
- Call requirement - None
- Rounding, admissions, or none? - Admissions
- Patient demographics - Adult
- Average patients per day - 16
- Required Procedures General Gastro Endoscopy (colonoscopy, EDG, etc.) Not advanced endoscopy.
- Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) - Applicants must provide documentation of provision of gastroenterology services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).
- Will provider work solo? Sometimes. Another MD is onsite in multi-specialty setting with OB, Ortho, Gen Sx, etc.
- Licensed Candidate: No but highly preferred given start date
- Required certifications (Must be from AHA or American Red Cross as applicable) ACLS, BLS, moderate sedation
- EMR EPIC Proficient user
