Gastroenterologist | Pueblo, CO | $405K–$450K + wRVU Bonus | ERCP | Visa Support Available ~ AD

Med Ninjas is recruiting a board-eligible or board-certified Gastroenterologist for a high-volume, high-producing GI group in Pueblo, Colorado. This role includes advanced ERCP procedures, a five-physician team, and a base salary of $405,000 to $450,000 with a productivity bonus paid on every wRVU generated. J-1 and H-1B candidates are eligible for sponsorship.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of gastrointestinal conditions with a focus on patient-centered outcomes

• Perform advanced ERCP procedures using state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment

• Collaborate closely with a team of five gastroenterologists and other medical professionals

• Participate in a shared on-call rotation, which includes weekend coverage

• Use Epic EMR for documentation and communication alongside advanced endoscopy tools

• Contribute to a high-volume, high-producing group handling a diverse caseload

• Access ongoing professional development through CME in a physician-led team environment

• Salary range of $405,000 – $450,000 annually based on experience and qualifications

You Must Have

• Board eligibility within five years of residency, or board certification, in Gastroenterology

• Active Colorado license, or willingness to obtain

• ERCP experience, highly preferred; note number of years

• Current COVID-19 vaccination

• Active DEA prior to start

• NPDB self-query pulled within the last 30 days

• This role does not accept locums or locums-to-perm candidates
