Opportunity:
Physician - Gastroenterology
Job Details:
- Gastroenterology coverage needed at two hospital campuses
- Board certification required
- Call coverage is 24 hours per day with required weekend coverage
- Weekend coverage runs Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
- Minimum 6 hours on-site required, typically starting at 7:00 AM
- Must be able to cover GI emergencies including ERCP and EUS procedures as needed
- Daily patient volume of approximately 1 patient
- NP support staff available to assist with GI coverage
- Providers are expected to use appropriate clinical judgment on resource utilization and procedure necessity
