Facility:
This 132-bed tertiary referral center features a state-of-the-art endoscopy unit and a 24-hour Emergency Department with Level II trauma designation. The facility maintains a strong academic affiliation and offers a fully consultative GI practice supported by a dedicated hospitalist service and a team of four NPs/PAs.Opportunity:
BE/BC - GastroenterologyJob Details:
- Join a planned expansion of an established Gastroenterology section as part of a consultative practice
- Work alongside two experienced Gastroenterologists in a 100% consultative model
- Practice at a state-of-the-art Digestive Health Center performing a full spectrum of endoscopy procedures
- Advanced endoscopic practice including ERCP with EUS capability; ERCP experience preferred
- All GI hospital admissions managed by IM hospitalist service, allowing focus on consultative care
- Four NPs/PAs support both the outpatient GI clinic and inpatient GI consultation service
- 1:4 call schedule providing excellent work-life balance
- Utilizes Olympus 190 scopes with CO2, along with Provation and Epic software
- University of North Dakota medical school affiliation with teaching and outreach opportunities available
- Tort reform state with no buy-in, no malpractice, and no overhead
- Excellent school districts with the flexibility to live in an urban or rural environment, minutes from work
- BC/BE in Gastroenterology required
