We are seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterology Physician (MD/DO) for an inpatient locum assignment in Springfield, Oregon.
- 💻 EMR: EPIC
- 📞 Night Call: Required
- 🏥 Privileges: Hospital privileges only
Job Responsibilities
Evaluation and management of adult GI patients
ERCP procedures
Gastroenterology procedures and inpatient management
Coordination with specialty consultants as needed
Collaboration with outpatient GI colleagues for workflow support
Qualifications
✅ Board Certified in Gastroenterology
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience
✅ ERCP experience required
✅ Active Oregon medical license preferred; licensing assistance may be considered depending on start date
✅ ACLS
✅ EPIC experience
✅ Documentation of relevant GI clinical activity/case logs from the past 24 months
Working Hours
Standard day shift: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Night call required
Schedule to be determined
Rounding, new consultations, and procedures during inpatient coverage
