Shift(s) Description: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Outpatient Clinic & GI Procedure Lab)
Coverage Dates:
Ongoing (As Soon As Credentialed)
Practice Details:
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic & GI Procedure Lab
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Full Monday–Friday Week Required (Minimum One Full Week Per Month)
Start Time: 8:00 AM (MAC Blocks Begin at 7:30 AM)
Weekend Call: None
Weeknight Call: None
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (Required)
- Active Illinois License, DEA & CSR (Required – In Hand)
- ACLS (Required)
- BLS (Required)
- Moderate Sedation (Required)
- Availability for at least One Full Monday–Friday Week Per Month (Required)
- Clean & Easy-to-Credential Candidate (Highly Preferred)
- Two Professional References (Required)
