Practice Details:
- Clinic setting: Hospital
- 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
- Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am – 4:30pm
- Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
- Onsite lab
- Onsite XRay
- EMR: Cerner
- Travel and expenses are covered in accordance with the client's travel policy.
- Providers will use DocTime for clock-in/clock-out (no paper timesheets).
Pay on 1099:
- Pay: $400/hr
- 24-hour weekend call: $3,000(5 hr Gratis)
- Call- Back Rate: $450/hr
- OT Rates: $450/hr
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified required (Truly Board Eligible candidates will be considered)
- ACLS certification required
- Active Michigan medical license and CSR required at the time of submission (no exceptions)
- Clean background with no disciplinary actions (minimal malpractice history is acceptable)
- Completed GI fellowship with 2–3 years of post-fellowship experience required (no exceptions)
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- DEA required (verbal confirmation accepted at name clear)
- NPDB self-query (dated within the last 30 days) required at the time of presentation
