Position Overview
A rapidly expanding Gastroenterology program in the Greater Richmond region is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologists, including physicians with Advanced Endoscopy training, to join a growing, high-volume practice. This opportunity offers immediate procedural volume, established referral streams, hospital investment in GI growth, and the ability to inherit and build a thriving patient panel from day one.
Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
* Eligible for Virginia Medical Licensure
* Advanced Endoscopy training preferred, but not required
* Interest in program development and service line growth
* New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply

* Management of acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders
* Emergency department consultations
* Inpatient GI consultation services
Advanced GI Opportunities
Physicians with advanced training may perform:
* Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
* Diagnostic Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
* Therapeutic Endoscopic Ultrasound
* Biliary Stent Placement
* Pancreatic Stent Placement
* Complex Stone Extraction
* Stricture Dilation and Management
* Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy Procedures
