Advanced Therapeutic GI opening in OH Located in Lima, Ohio Full-Time & Permanent Requirements:
- BE/BC
- Fellowship trained in Advanced Therapeutic Details:
- Competitive Guaranteed Base Salary + wRVU- Based productivity bonus incentive structure
- Strong internal referrals, immediate leadership input, and the ability to expand and shape an advanced endoscopy program within a highly supportive environment.
- Join a collaborative team of 5 physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers, benefiting from on-site procedural facilities and an outstanding hospital partnership.
- Build and expand an Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy service line
- Strong referral base with immediate procedural demand
- On-site Endoscopy Suite with anesthesia support
- Capabilities to support advanced procedures such as: EUS, ERCP, EMR / ES, Stenting, Advanced luminal & biliary interventions
- Excellent relationship with the local hospital for complex cases
- Immediate practice decision-making input and meaningful clinical autonomy
- 1:6 shared call (office + ER), ensuring balanced workload
