- Shift Details : Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 15:30
- Ephrata Endo Center – 7a-3:30p
- June 1, 2, 29, 30
- July 1, 6, 10, 20, 21, 22, 23 or 24 (not both), 27, 28, 30 or 31 (not both).
- Aug 3, 4, 6 or 7 (not both), 28, 31
- Sep 1, 2, 3 or 4 (not both), 22 Oct 2,
Ephrata Inpatient Rounding / ED Support / Call / Outpatient & Inpatient Procedures:
- July 24 5pm – Aug 7 7am
- Aug 28 5pm – Sep 4 5pm
- Nov 20 5pm – Nov 30 7am
- Dec 21 7am – Dec 24 5am
- Dec 28 7am – Dec 31 5pm
- M-F 8 hours (7a-3p) + weeknight beeper call (3p-7a) Sat/Sun 24 hour call 7a-7a
Work Details:
- Support Staff: No APP in hospital
- Patients per day: average 10 – 12 inpatients, 2-4 consults, 6 outpatients procedures, add on procedure 0-1 per day
- Patient Population/Age: 18+
- Department Description: outpatient procedures; rounding, consults, inpatient procedures,
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital Bed size: 130
- Skills Required: General GI

Requirements
- Board Certifications: BC or BE in Gastroenterology
- License Required: PA license or IMLC LOQ required to submit.
- DEA: required
- Certifications Preferred: Licensed GI
- Certifications Required: Licensed GI
- Minimum Experience Required: Required: Someone who can work independently at the hospital.
