Join Our Team as a Gastroenterology Physician

Required Skills:
- Valid Arkansas Medical license
- DEA certification
- Proven experience in gastroenterology, including endoscopy procedures
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Prior inpatient GI experience
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Gastroenterology
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Familiarity with hospital inpatient protocols
Other Requirements:
- Must be local to Arkansas
- Willing to obtain Arkansas state licensure if not already licensed
- Ability to work the specified night shifts: two 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
- Availability for call coverage from Friday 5 p.m. to Monday 7 a.m., including 1 weekend per month
- Willingness to perform inpatient rounding and procedures such as endoscopies and GI bleed evaluations
- Support from RN staff available during shifts
- Coverage compensation offered at $3,120 per hour
- Coverage needed starting 05/04/2026
