We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for an ongoing locum opportunity in Lebanon, PA. This role offers a mix of inpatient care, procedures, and call coverage with flexible monthly scheduling. Work in a hospital-based setting with a steady case volume and supportive clinical environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform GI procedures and endoscopic evaluations 🩺
Manage inpatient consults and rounding
Provide care for both outpatient and inpatient cases
Participate in 24-hour call coverage ⏰
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology ✔️
Active Pennsylvania license (or willingness to obtain)
DEA certification required
BLS/ACLS preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience
Working Hours
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM ⏰
2–3 weeks per month coverage 📅
24-hour call: Friday 5 PM – Friday 5 PM
Skills
Strong procedural and diagnostic GI expertise 🔬
Experience with inpatient and consultative care
Excellent communication and teamwork 🤝
Familiarity with EPIC EMR
