Seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join our growing team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering an outstanding work-life balance, excellent support, and a highly competitive compensation package.
- Focus: Primarily general GI (bread-and-butter); advanced procedures optional and supported
- Schedule: ~8 hrs hospital rounding, 12 hrs endoscopy block, 12 hrs clinic
- Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per session
- Procedures: 6-7 per day
- Base Salary: $700,000 - $850,000+ (three-year guarantee)
- Productivity incentives / RVU-based bonuses
- Call Schedule: 1:3
