- Start Date: 7/13
- End Date: 1/1
- Schedule: M-F 8A-5P; Evening call 5P-8A
- Specific Dates: 7/13-7/17, 7/24-7/27, 7/27-7/31, 8/10-8/14, 8/17-8/21, 8/24-9/4, 8/31-9/4, 9/7-9/11, 9/21-9/25, 9/28-10/2, 10/26-10/30, 11/2-11/6, 11/23-11/27, 11/30-12/4, 12/21-12/25, 12/28-1/1
- Call Schedule: Shared with 1 other GI group, includes ED call during the day
Clinical Details
- Inpatient and Outpatient GI
- Patients per Day: Inpatient: 12-15, Outpatient: 8-10 in a half day or 15 in a full day
- Call: Can run from Friday 5P to Friday 5P, includes weekends
- EMR: Meditech Expanse, transitioning to EPIC 5/30/26
- Support Staff: 2 physicians, 2 PAs, 1 NP, 5 LPN/MAs, 1 registrar, 1 RN coordinator
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (ABIM or AOA)
- PA license or active IMLC required
- 100% comfortable with scoping (endoscopy/colonoscopy)
- ERCP required
- Case logs from the past 2 years demonstrating competency
- Availability for full week stretches preferred
