We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Gastroenterologist for a flexible locum tenens opportunity in Pennsylvania. π Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and outpatient GI care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients π₯
- Perform scheduled GI procedures (morning blocks) π¬
- Manage consults, inpatient rounding, and follow-ups π
- Participate in 24-hour call coverage π
- Conduct limited outpatient clinic visits as needed
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation π»

- Start Date: May 10, 2026 π
- Ongoing assignment
- 2 weeks per month coverage ποΈ
- 24-hour call (Monday 7 AM β Monday 7 AM) β°
- Daily structure includes:
- Morning procedures (typically WedβFri, ~7:30 AM β 12 PM)
- Afternoon inpatient care
- Occasional clinic hours
π Qualifications
- MD/DO degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- DEA certification required

- Strong experience in general GI procedures
- Comfortable managing inpatient consults and call coverage
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
