Excellent opportunity for a Gastroenterologist seeking a weekday-only inpatient role with no call. Join a well-supported hospital team and focus on high-acuity GI cases, including advanced procedures, in a collaborative environment.

Start Date: July 13, 2026 Contract Length: 6 months (ongoing until permanent provider is hired)

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• No call responsibilities – strong work-life balance

• Inpatient-only GI hospitalist role

• IMLC candidates welcome

• Setting: Inpatient GI services

• Facility: Moses Cone Hospital

• Patient population: Adult and geriatric

• Advanced procedures required: ERCP and EUS coverage

Support & Technology:

• Dedicated APP support for inpatient care

• EMR: Epic (experience preferred)

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology

• Active North Carolina license required (IMLC accepted)

• ERCP and EUS experience required

• DEA required

• Vaccinations mandatory

• Privileging timeframe: 60–90 days

• Willing to consider licensing candidates
