Excellent locum opportunity in Plattsburgh, NY 🌆 for a Gastroenterologist seeking a balanced schedule with structured block coverage. Join a reputable healthcare setting providing high-quality GI care with minimal call burden and a supportive clinical team.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care including consultations and procedures 🩺
• Diagnose and manage GI disorders and conditions
• Perform endoscopic procedures as needed 🔬
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams 🤝
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Qualifications
• MD/DO with board certification/eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Active New York medical license (required)
• Strong clinical and procedural experience preferred
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
Working Hours
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM ⏰
(Block Schedule: ~12 days every 5 weeks)
(No overnight weekday call)
