This opportunity is designed for a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist seeking strong first-year earnings, clinical autonomy, and long-term equity potential.


Step into a fully established referral network with no ramp period. With a substantial colonoscopy backlog and thousands of open-access recalls, you will begin with meaningful volume from day one. Whether early-career or experienced, this model supports independence, efficiency, and sustainable growth.


Position Highlights


  • $450,000 guaranteed Year 1 compensation plus signing bonus


  • No ramp-up immediate procedural volume

  • Uncapped productivity upside starting Year 2

Candidate Requirements
