An Advanced Endoscopy trained Gastroenterologist is needed for locum tenens December 20-25th, 2026
Required Procedure/Duties:
-Board Certification
-Active VA License
-Clean History
-ECRP Experience
-Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Compensation:
-Competitive Daily Rate+ Holiday Compensation
-Liability Coverage Provided
-Travel Reimbursement Provided
- Dec 20-25th (7am-7am)
- 24hr call coverage, 7am-7am
- ERCP Required
- On average 8 procedures per weekend: GSI, Hepatology, RGA, Surgery, Colon, EGD, ERCP
- EMR: Epic
Required Procedure/Duties:
- Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry
- Esophageal Manometry Interpretation
- Small Bowel Biopsy
- Lower GI Endoscopy
- Sigmoidoscopy
- Colonoscopy
- Liver Biopsy
- Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube
- Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
- Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal, with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser), with Injection of Varices, with Banding of Varices, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic, with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)

-Active VA License
-Clean History
-ECRP Experience
-Covid and Flu Vaccinations
