Join a fulfilling locum tenens assignment in Gastroenterology near Lake Tahoe, California, with no call requirements and flexible scheduling options.
Highlights:
- Fast credentialing with emergency privileges in just 2 weeks
- No call required, offering more personal time
- Flexible schedule with options to add a Friday if desired
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient clinic with a focus on adult patients
- Support from ANES and APP staff
- Combination of clinic and scope days
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, with potential for a Friday addition
- 8 AM to 5 PM, with scope days possibly extending slightly
- Opportunity for extension beyond initial period, based on hiring needs
Cases and Procedures:
- Primarily upper and lower scopes, including colonoscopies and occasional sigmoidoscopies
- 10-15 scopes per day on scope days
- Clinic patients scheduled for 20-minute slots, first visits may require additional time
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Must hold or obtain a California medical license
