Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, no block schedule — enjoy consistent, predictable hours without the burnout of rotating blocks or weekend call obligations.
- Clinical Autonomy: Full control over clinical decisions, tailoring inpatient GI care to your expertise without bureaucratic constraints.
- Ownership Track: Become a shareholder in 12 months, gaining equity in two new GI-specific endoscopy centers and high-value group assets.
