Practice Details
- Solo GI practice with dedicated AP support in the clinic and advanced endoscopy technology on-site
- Flexible 4 to 5-day workweek with 3 procedural days focused on scopes, with room to grow volume
- Call runs approximately 8 days per month with characteristically low overnight demand
- Dual licensure opportunity: eligible to practice in both California and Nevada
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $625,000 to $650,000 with productivity incentives tied to volume and quality metrics
- $100,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
- 6 weeks PTO plus separate sick leave, malpractice with tail, and full medical, dental, and vision
