Full-Time | Permanent | Hospital-Employed
A well-established community hospital in Ashtabula, Ohio, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join its growing employed multi-specialty group practice. This opportunity offers a strong referral base, integrated EMR access, and a structured compensation model.
Position Highlights:
- Employed position within a multi-specialty group (60+ providers, including 20+ PCPs)
- Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine
- High-volume office practice (15–20 patients per day – non-negotiable)
- Group of 2 physicians
- Dedicated APP and experienced clinical staff
- Blocked OR time
- Integrated EPIC EMR system
- On-site lab and X-ray
- Strong referral network from employed and affiliated primary care providers
- Call requirement: 10 days per monthWilling to relocate
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
- Not accepting locum candidates

- Years 1–2: Guaranteed salary + bonus incentive

Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Ohio medical license (or in process)
- BLS & ACLS (by start date)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query (within 30 days at submission)
- Must reside within 40-mile radius or relocate
- Visa status must be disclosed (J-1 or H-1B supported)
