🗓️ Clinical Scope
- Perform general GI procedures with ERCP preferred
- Maintain procedural proficiency with consistent case flow
- Manage inpatient consults and rounding
đź“Š Typical Daily Volume
- ERCP: ~1–2 per week
- Scopes: ~1–2 per day
- New Consults: 1–2 per day
- Inpatient Rounding: 5–6 patients per day
đź‘Ą Support Structure
- Dedicated endoscopy team
- RN support in endoscopy suite
- CRNA anesthesia coverage
- No NP/PA support
- Solo physician coverage
âś… Requirements
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Active state license or willing to obtain (IMLC considered)
- BLS certification
- Active DEA
