Job description
We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist for locum coverage in Grand Forks, ND. This is an outpatient GI role with no call, working alongside other physicians in a collaborative environment.
Schedule & Coverage:

Dates: 6/1/2026 – 6/5/2026 and 1/4/2027 – 1/8/2027

Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (includes time for charting; 30-minute lunch)

No call, Monday–Friday
Job Responsibilities
~14–16 procedures per day (primarily colonoscopies and EGDs)
Upper GI Endoscopy: biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeders, variceal injection
Esophageal dilation/manometry, small bowel biopsy
Lower GI Endoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy
Colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision
Qualifications
Dedicated CRNA, RN in each room, and a tech
No midlevel support in outpatient setting
Requirements:
Board-certified Gastroenterologist
