Physician - Gastroenterology in North Dakota

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: November 23 thru 29th ending morning of 30th; December 23 thru Jan 3 ending morning of 4th. 24 hour call with hospital rounding in house for 8 hours—procedures and rounding
• Job Setting: Hospital and Call Coverage Only No Clinic
• Types of Cases: Colonoscopy, Biopsy, Polypectomy, Proctoscopy/Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Hemorrhoidal Banding, Upper GI Endoscopy, PEG, Esophageal Variceal Banding, Banding Lesions - Management of acute GI bleed, Dilation, Management of hospitalized GI patients. HIGHLY PREFERRED: ERCP. Average 1 to 2 scopes per day, 1 to 2 new patient consults per day, 5 to 6 patients to round on per day. ERCP one to two per week.
• Credentialing: 60 to 90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Licensure: North Dakota (Pending license accepted, may obtain at offer. Will consider IMLC)
