Job description An established, physician-led multispecialty practice in New Windsor, NY is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to join its growing team. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity with no inpatient responsibilities, offering true work-life balance and schedule flexibility.

The practice operates within an integrated care model that provides streamlined referrals, coordinated specialty collaboration, and a built-in patient base. Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient gastroenterology consultations
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including:
o Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
o Colonoscopy
o Flexible sigmoidoscopy
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as:
o GERD
o IBS and IBD
o Liver disease and hepatitis
o Pancreatitis
o Functional bowel disorders
• Collaborate daily with primary care and specialty colleagues
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Participate in shared coverage within the GI team as needed
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school – Required
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency – Required
• Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship – Required
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology – Required
• Active New York State medical license – Required
• Current DEA license – Required
• Minimum 5 years of GI practice experience – Required
• Proficiency in standard endoscopic procedures – Required
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach – Required
