🏥 Position Overview

Title: Gastroenterologist
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Daytime clinical practice
Call: Anticipated every 8th week
Start Date: As soon as credentialed

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care in both office and procedural settings 🩺

• Perform endoscopic procedures including EGD and colonoscopy

• Manage conditions such as GERD, IBD, liver disease, GI bleeding, IBS, and colorectal disorders

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers

• Utilize integrated hospital, ASC, and office-based services

• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

💰 Compensation & Benefits

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  (Board certification required within 2 years if eligible – no exceptions)

• Active Michigan Medical License (required at time of employment)

• DEA Certification

• BLS Certification (with ongoing recertification)

• NPDB Self Query (within 30 days at time of presentation)
