Take advantage of a high-demand Gastroenterology locums opportunity in vibrant Tampa, Florida. This assignment offers consistent weekend coverage at a busy, well-supported, Trauma Level II facility, allowing you to make an immediate impact in a high-acuity clinical setting.

Coverage Details:

• Start: ASAP – May 1, 2026

• Four consecutive weekends once credentialed (approximately 30–60 days for credentialing)

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday coverage

• 24-hour call coverage at a high-volume facility

• In-house during the day with beeper call and call-back after hours

Practice Setting:

• Admissions required

• Trauma Level II facility

• Stroke Certified Hospital

• 15–25 patients per shift

• Assigned and unassigned patients

• Call Type: In-house

• 30-minute call response time required

• High-volume phone consults

Requirements:

• Board Certified

• Fellowship Trained

• Active Florida License Required

• ACLS and BLS Certifications

• EMR: Cerner
