Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist in Jackson, Michigan to join a growing, hospital-based GI program. This permanent position offers a strong mix of advanced endoscopy, ERCP procedures, inpatient consults, and outpatient clinic care. Work alongside experienced providers with dedicated APP support in a modern endoscopy center equipped for high-volume GI procedures. Ideal for physicians seeking long-term stability, procedural diversity, and collaborative team-based care.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient consults and hospital rounds
• Conduct outpatient clinic visits
• Participate in 1:6 call rotation, including some weekends
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards
Qualifications
• Fellowship-trained in Gastroenterology
• ERCP certification required
• Active Michigan medical license (or willing to obtain)
• BLS certification
• DEA registration (prior to start)
• Clean malpractice and license history
