Join a prominent facility in Berlin, MD, for a substantial locum tenens Gastroenterology position. This long-term assignment requires a full-time commitment to perform a variety of procedures and on-call duties. You'll work exclusively in a procedural and on-call capacity, handling 14-16 procedures per day with one weekend on call each month, from May onwards.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform upper and lower GI endoscopies, including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Conduct esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretations
- Handle a variety of specialized procedures including ERCP, PEG, and liver biopsies
- Maintain active on-call duties as required

Qualifications
- Must be board certified in Gastroenterology
- BLS certification is required
- Fellowship in the relevant specialty is preferred

Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, variable hours
- On-call one weekend per month

- Proficient in performing a spectrum of gastroenterological procedures
- Ability to interpret manometry studies and perform specialized endoscopic techniques
- Skilled in upper and lower gastrointestinal diagnostics and therapy
