  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

    • Board-eligible physicians must become board certified within 2 years

  • Active DEA

  • BLS certification (maintained)

  • Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – required at presentation

  • Clean malpractice history

  • Candidates must not have applied directly to the position
