Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

Board-eligible physicians must become board certified within 2 years

Active Michigan medical license (required at time of employment)

Active DEA

BLS certification (maintained)

Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) β required at presentation

Clean malpractice history
