🩺 Permanent Gastroenterology Physician – Ashtabula, OH Employed Role | Days + Call | Lake Erie Region

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist for a full-time permanent opportunity in Ashtabula, Ohio, located along the scenic Lake Erie shoreline. 📍 Position Overview

• Location: Ashtabula, OH (Northeast Ohio – Lake Erie region)

• Position Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

• Providers Needed: 1

• Schedule: Days + Call

• Call: ~10 days per month

• Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day (non-negotiable)

• Practice Type: Outpatient-focused Gastroenterology

🏥 Practice & Clinical Details

• High-volume outpatient GI practice

• Group of 2 physicians with experienced APP and fully trained staff

• Blocked OR time

• Fully integrated EPIC EMR

• Strong referral base from employed and affiliated primary care physicians

• Onsite lab and imaging

• Affiliation with a nationally recognized health system

• 186-bed acute care community hospital serving ~98,000 regional population

👩‍⚕️ Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified – Gastroenterology

• Active Ohio medical license (or in process)

• DEA required prior to start

• BLS & ACLS by start date

• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) required at presentation

• Must live within 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
