Gastroenterology Locums - Limited Call Coverage in Maryland
Practice Setting
- Coverage required for an established Inpatient Medical Setting.
- Focus on Adult Patient Ages for all clinical and procedural duties.
- Must be comfortable with a procedural volume of 14-16 per day.
Schedule
- Full-time clinical coverage is required for this commitment.
- Scheduled Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Call is required one weekend per month with a 1:4 ratio.
Procedures and Cases
- Upper GI endoscopy and Esophageal procedures are primary requirements.
- Must be proficient in Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology is required for this role.
- Active Maryland State Licensure
- Open to IMLC Physicians with an active Letter of Qualification (LOQ).
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing time is approximately 60 days from a complete application.
- BLS Certification is required prior to credentialing submission.
