Credentialing : 60 DAYS
Practice setting : Outpatient / Inpatient
Description :Full time only. Willing to do procedures Monday- Friday
Call 1 weekend a month
Able to do 14-16 procedures per day
No outpatient. Procedures and call only.
Will not split schedule. Please present full time only.
Long term assignment. May-Dec (could be longer)
