We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established and collaborative gastroenterology team in Muskegon, Michigan. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a balanced daytime clinical schedule with no on-call or weekend responsibilities. You’ll practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers, serving a diverse and growing patient population in a beautiful lakeside community.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions
• Perform routine and advanced GI procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and support teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care aligned with best practices
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Valid DEA registration
• BLS certification
• NPDB self-query report (current)
• Strong commitment to teamwork, patient care excellence, and clinical quality
Working Hours
• No on-call duties
• No weekend coverage
