Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 03-01-2026
- End Date: 03-31-2027
- Schedule: 2 weeks per month, primarily inpatient 7 AM - 7 PM with night call after shift and 24-hour call coverage over the weekend. Potential 1 day a week in the outpatient clinic.
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 20 Minutes

Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient
- EMR System: Epic
- Trauma Level: 3
- Bed Size: 8 in department
- Patients Per Shift: 1
- Support Staff: RN: 2, MA: 2, PA/NPs: 2
- Specialty Skills Required:
- Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology
- Upper GI endoscopy, with; biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser)
- Esophageal dilatation/manometry
- Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy (Flexible)
- Colonoscopy with;
- biopsy/excision of polyp
Requirements
- Board Certification: Required in specialty
- License: Must be licensed in WA or IMLC
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
- Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
